Once the order has been confirmed, Montpellier 4x4 undertakes to dispatch the products ordered as quickly as possible. Montpellier 4x4 sends the customer an e-mail indicating that the order has been shipped, with a summary of the customer's information and a tracking number (if the chosen carrier offers one). Customers can follow the progress of their order by connecting to the carrier's website.
It is important to differentiate between delivery times and shipping times. Montpellier 4x4 prepares and dispatches packages as soon as possible after order confirmation, if products are in stock. Delivery times are given for information only, as Montpellier 4x4 cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays by its carriers.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when creating the order in the "Delivery address" zone. If the customer has not filled in this information, the order will be sent to the customer's billing address.
Montpellier 4x4 will choose the means of transport best suited to the order, depending on the type of product or its size. Depending on the goods and the buyer's geographical location. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer in the form of a contribution. For metropolitan France :
- from €0 to €149.99 (incl. VAT): a contribution of €9 (incl. VAT) is charged,
- from €150 to €499.99 incl. VAT: €15 incl. VAT.
- over €500: €30 incl. VAT.
For certain bulky items, shipping costs are increased for metropolitan France (please contact us for other destinations), as follows:
+ 6 € incl. VAT for skip sides
+ € 24 incl. VAT for skip containers.
+ 48 € incl. VAT for James Baroud XXL roof tents
Montpellier 4x4 will choose the most suitable means of transport for your order, depending on the type of product and its size. For shipments outside mainland France, customers should contact Customer Service for a precise quote.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient customer.
