Description

In addition to being very bulky (exposed to shocks), the original Toyota connecting tube has very tight bends and multiple diameter reductions, considerably slowing down gas flow. Our decatalyzers and 2/1 connecting tubes with expansion joints have softened curves and a constant diameter of 50.8mm at the inlet and 60.3mm at the outlet, to create an expansion effect on gas flow, reinforced by the presence of 2 expansion joints. The gain in performance is undeniable, more or less the same as with the other option without trigger pots (TOYO187), but the difference lies in the sound, less raging but just as melodious!

Although this component is compatible with the original Toyota exhaust, it would be a shame not to couple it to our muffler-mounted intermediate and tail pipe. In fact, we've designed the FJ Cruiser's exhaust system as a whole, with each part perfectly complementing the one to which it's attached, guaranteeing the best possible performance from the 4.0L V6.
