With comfortable wooden handles
Wooden handles sit comfortably in the hand, and the handle allows sufficient clearance from the heat source. Cast iron is tumble-treated for immediate use. For cleaning, simply separate the two cast-iron halves using the hinge. When cleaning, you'll also benefit from cast iron's outstanding non-stick properties.
