With its baking surface, the waffle tin is ideal for two 9 x 11 cm waffles. The practical closing hook holds the waffle moulds together, so that the batter doesn't run out. After heating the mold, the retained residual heat can be used for gentle baking. The batter is evenly cooked and golden brown. With comfortable wooden handles
The wooden handles sit comfortably in the hand, and the long stem provides ample clearance from the heat source. The cast iron is tumble-treated for immediate use. For cleaning, simply separate the two cast-iron halves using the hinge. When cleaning, you'll also benefit from cast iron's natural non-stick properties.
