Your Griddle, the top-of-the-range extension for Atago
Your multi-talented and versatile Atago will be complemented by a typically Spanish plancha griddle with well-thought-out details. Made in Germany, this 3 mm thick oiled steel griddle delivers excellent results thanks to its different temperature zones. You can cook tasty, juicy meat specialties while grilled vegetables or spicy shrimps are kept warm on the edge of the Plate. The patina that forms with each use confers a natural non-stick effect that improves with each cooking. To achieve this, we recommend that you carefully seal your Griddle before using it for the first time.

Once the fire is ignited, the griddle rises to temperature very quickly, allowing you to sear your grilled meats to perfection. Thanks to the opening in the center of the Plate, you can easily add wood or charcoal. This keeps your Atago constantly fuelled and the Griddle hot, with no drop in temperature. With its flat design and nestable stand, you can easily store it in your car or van, and use it as a versatile cooking hob when you're out in the woods or fields. Optimum heat distribution ensures ideal cooking results for more flavour and pleasure - the Atago Griddle will accompany you on every one of your adventures.

Grill, brazier, griddle and hob in a single system
Equipped with handles, the Atago Griddle is easy to transport to your barbecue spot. Simply remove the Griddle after barbecuing and enjoy the Atago as a central hearth. After an evening's grilling, you can clean your Griddle very easily and take your time to enjoy the fire provided by your Atago's low-smoke secondary burner.

For optimum cooking results, we offer additional accessories for the Atago Cooking Plate:
- The Petromax cooking support prevents food from falling into the central opening. Your fried eggs, sausages and other foods stay securely in place on the Griddle thanks to the raised edges. It also allows you to install other cooking utensils in complete safety.
- The Petromax insert is a mini-grill that produces beautiful barbecue marks and intense grilled aromas in all meats cooked directly on the crackling fire. Not only can you grill peppers or beef tenderloin on it, but you can also safely place your utensils on it. This insert fits perfectly into the cooking support and the opening of the Atago griddle. Meat cooks around the insert, while ready-made potato wedges wait to be eaten.
