The Petromax Insert is the perfect complement to the Atago hob. It offers even more possibilities and allows you to obtain beautiful grill marks when plancha grilling on the Griddle. It integrates easily on the Griddle or on the Support, completing your Atago Griddle by adding new functions. The Insert lets you place food in the center of the Griddle. It also serves as a mini-grill and a stable location for Pots and Pans. The Atago Griddle Insert allows you to achieve typical barbecue marks on steaks, fillets and vegetables, while roast potatoes or fried eggs cook simultaneously on the Atago Griddle. So you can prepare a crispy garnish while grilling a steak, making a tasty barbecue sauce or a tasty soup for an appetizer.

The insert provides a safe, stable place for cooking utensils while you continue grilling on the plancha. Then, using a pair of barbecue tongs, you can easily remove the Insert from the Atago Stand or Griddle to add charcoal or wood through the central opening.
