The Cup is made from olive wood. These Olive trees are felled when they no longer produce fruit, and their wood has a unique veining that tells the story of each tree's life. Its dark-veined heart with lighter rings around the edges is enhanced by unique craftsmanship. Care instructions :

Petromax olive wood products should only be cleaned by hand with mild soap and water. Treat occasionally with a little olive oil and after each cleaning allow to dry completely, avoiding direct sunlight and excessive temperature differences. Strongly colored foods can also discolor the wood.
