Defender TD4 2.4 Decatalytic converter

This part replaces the original catalytic converter on Defender TD4 in 2.4 between 2007-2012 series 90-110 and 130. This catalytic converter is fitted with a ball-and-socket joint, held by two compression springs, to provide flexibility between the engine and exhaust. At the other end of the tube is a floating flange for perfect line alignment. The tube is made on TECINOX jigs from annealed 304L stainless steel for optimum quality and strength (guaranteed absence of micro-cracks on bending), and welded under neutral gas to obtain an unbreakable weld with maximum gas flow.
