To improve response times in modern motor vehicles, DTE-Systems has created the PedalBox, an electronic box. The solution is based on an additional control unit. Four programs available on the board enable variable throttle response times. Performance is enhanced.

MOBILE DRIVING PROFILE. GREATER INFLUENCE

Those who travel a lot by car have to cope with different driving situations and conditions. The PedalBox lets you choose between four power levels. Three modes offer improved response times. The PedalBox includes 4 different programs to suit different driver requirements. By switching to another program, the driver has a greater influence on the situation.

SHORTER RESPONSE TIME. GREATER DYNAMICS.

No more delays. The response immediately follows the signal. This gives the driver the sensation of accelerating faster. Torque, however, remains unchanged. Only response time indices are improved.

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY. GREATER DRIVING PLEASURE.

Once response has been improved, driving becomes even more enjoyable. Sudden acceleration without delay also gives you a greater sense of control.

A PRACTICAL SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE BENEFITS.

Modifying the values set by the manufacturer has its advantages. PedalBox meets customer and vehicle expectations. The often delayed acceleration of modern engines is eliminated, while engine control remains standard. The PedalBox - a true accelerator pedal box!

To install:


  1. Switch off the ignition and wait 5 minutes.


  2. Locate the accelerator pedal position sensor (electronic potentiometer) and disconnect it (on some makes, you may need to dismantle the accelerator pedal).


  3. Fit the two OEM connectors (one male and one female) to the accelerator pedal sensor.

  1. Secure the cable so that it is fixed and does not interfere with driving.


  2. Secure the PedalBox at a comfortable height, using the Velcro fastener or the included bracket.


  3. That's all there is to it!
